MJ was co-founder of Daksh, India’s first independent BPO Co & one of the most successful, which was subsequently acquired by IBM. He is presently a Partner in a VC Firm in India. K.S.Ravi Shankar (Co-Founder & CEO) is a Professional with 30 years of diverse Industry experience - Paints, Office Automation, Consumer Appliances, Electronics, IT Solutions and Services. KSR, as he is generally known, has Managed Sales, Marketing & Operations for Global companies like Jenson & Nicholson, Wipro, Modi Xerox, Canon etc in India & Established New Businesses for the Bahwan Group in the Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe.
He was part of the start up Group of Canon India in late ’90s as Country Manager, and later Director & GM Indirect Channels Business till 2002.
In 2003, he joined the Forbes Group, (A Shapoorji Pallonji Enterprise), and successfully restructured the Business Automation & Engineering businesses that included revamping Businesses of various Cos, Board changes, Unlocking value of assets, M&A, Investments in Technology & Global Alliances.
He then set up Forbes Technosys Limited, an IT Solutions and Services Co and was its Founder CEO till he joined hands with the other promoters of Woodstock.
Mathew Chacko (Co-Founder & COO) is a Hotel Management Graduate from Delhi, with over 29 years of experience in India and abroad. He worked with ITDC, Trust House Forte Hotel, Holiday Inn, and Mahindra Holidays etc. Mathew has been involved in many Green field Hotel projects & has specialized in Facility Planning & pre opening operations. With Front Office as well as F&B functional expertise,15+ years as General Manager of several Key 5 Star Hotels and Resorts, he is a highly respected Professional in the Hospitality Industry both in India and abroad. He is a Member of Hotel and Catering International Management Association, London. He is a sought after advisor by Hospitality and Leisure Industry.
